This easy to use do it yourself system is completed with the assistance of AirMD scientists and consultants that provide a written report with recommendations on how to improve your home or office. AirMD’s laboratory test and written report will identify conditions and provide recommendations to help reduce the potential for allergies in the home or office.

Allergens indoors include dust mites and cockroach allergens.  Household dust contains all kinds of tiny particles and dust is easily trapped in the fibers of bed linens, furniture cushions and carpeting. In fact a mattress can contain as many as 100,000 dust mites. AirMD’s laboratory test and written report will identify conditions and provide recommendations to help reduce the number of allergens in the home or office.

There is no required training, just follow our step by step instructions to collect samples. Mail back the samples and field sampling form with a prepaid mailer and AirMD laboratory scientists will analyze the samples. The AirMD team of certified consultants will write a detailed report identifying conditions and provide recommendations based on how to improve the indoor environment. A report will be sent via email within five business days after receipt of samples.

• Remove the end attachments. Attach the sample cartridge to the vacuum cleaner. Choose the sampling areas (carpets, rugs, bedding, upholstery or dust on ground). Multiple areas can be sampled using one sample cartridge. Move the cartridge forward and back and side to side ensuring the circular base of the cartridge remains flat against the floor surface regardless of the floor type. Remove the allergen sampling cartridge from the vacuum. Replace end attachments. Place the cartridge into the pouch to be returned to AirMD for analysis.
